Currently abroad,
Need to pay my o2 bill but o2 has blocked my number (so I can’t call customer service) they have also cancelled my access to the ‘My O2’ app
It's literally felty impossible to find someone to email or get through to them online chat.
Please help if anyones been through this?

You need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 using Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) they reopen at 8am UK time or the automated system will take a payment.
Just bare in mind depending on how long it is since the payment is due, is whether o2 will 1. reconnect you and 2. If they charge you £15 to reconnect you as well.
You will have already incurred a £6 late payment fee.
They may also enforce you have a Direct Debit in place.

If you set up a direct debit you can avoid any future problems.

You probably won't get them to call you @jay28
