I’m currently in Japan and urgently need to log on to my bank to transfer money. To do this, the bank calls me automatically so I can enter a four digit code. I cannot receive this call. The bank told me to check with my operators (O2) if my phone is able to receive these while abroad or is there anything I can change with O2 to allow these calls? Equally, when I try and call the bank, it does not connect.
Please may you get back to me ASAP
Thank you
Samantha

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Disregard the fact this is an automated call, or whom it's from.
Can you receive calls in Japan? Does your phone show a connection to any Japanese networks?

@sam_paul If you're not having any luck with your phone, download Skype and buy some credit to call your UK bank. If they have an 0800 number you can call free: Guide: A Guide to Skype
