Credit referals

Hi. I have recently been refused a contract.
I have sent an e mail to the credit referals team but have not had a reply after 6 days and 2 chaser e mails.
I got my own credit report from equifax and scored 469 against a national average of 380. There are also no flags or ticks against the report and I am on the electoral register at my address. Can anyone help how to get a response from them? Thanks. Craig.

You need to leave 10 working days for a response and O2 will not discuss the reasons with you why you didn't pass.

Just know that they apply their own criteria independently of credit agencies. 

They may offer you the option to pay a refundable deposit though.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Their auto reply said they normally reply within 3 days.. very frustrating as there is no logical reason for a refusal.
