Hopefully this is on the right board.
I've tried numerous times over the last week to get a credit raised for my last bill.
I've been told numerous times that it would be 48 hours before it appears on my account but still nothing.
I've been in touch with live chat and the dreadful phone lines but get either cut off or told that no one can access my account which I suspect is just a way to fob me off.
Any advice?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I've tried this a good 3 times now. Each time i get through to someone who says they can help, then i get put on hold then cut off.
Does the payment number go to a separate team?

Yes it does and they should be able to sort it out for you
