Hello, I'd like to know how I can change my cap details without using an O2 phone.

If you want to do anything with a spend cap, you HAVE to call O2.

I know I have to phone O2, but the only number I can find is 202, and that has to be used by an O2 phone. I can't use the O2 phone so I need a number that I can use to call them.
