i have a contract with 02 for my step daughter her number is (REMOVED)
the number isnt on my o2 as a set up phone i want to look at the cotract and possibly upgrade many thanks my email is (REMOVED) mobile (REMOVED)

You can add the account to yours as a delegate account, but this won't give you the option to upgrade it.
You'll need to contact O2 to combine the accounts or give you a separate login.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
