I have tried to phone them 5 times today and 20 times yesterday to discuss my bill but I am just getting hung up on straight away and not getting put through to anyone.

Has anyone else been experiencing this ? If so how do you get to speak to a human?

Have you been able to view your view your bill on My O2 to give you anymore clarification?

The phone lines are currently reserved for urgent Issues such as fraud etc.

We have been encouraging people to use the numbers in the guide I posted (given to us by O2 and our managers) 

O2 aren't just taking calls about fraud as we have proved on here over the past 3 months.  

Most members have an important issue. We have even advised them to use fraud if they are desperate.
