It's easier to get in touch with the queen, I've been an o2 customer for over 20 years, maybe time for a change.. if we're paying for a service we expect to be able to talk to someone about that problem not face a question with another question then an interrogation into what you want. If I want to talk to an advisor, I want to talk to an advisor.
