Hi my contract is ending on the 25th November. I am moving over to smarty and have given them my PAC number but I haven’t received my new sim yet.
If my contract ends on the 25th, can I use my phone all day up to midnight on the 25th?
If my sim hasn’t arrived what should I do so I don’t encounter any other costs?

You can use your O2 sim until the number ports.
O2 will bill you for any additional days usage.
You need to chase Smarty up for your sim.
