Hello,
I'm trying to contact O2 to tell them i want to leave at the end of my contract. I keep getting disconnected before i can tell anyone. How do i give notice at the moment?

Thanks for your replies, and I do understand everyones comments. I have tried to call several times as advised but keep being cut off due to no advisors. Does anyone know of any other way I can register my intent to cancel?

Just get your PAC and give it to a new provider. When used it automatically closes your O2 account and a final bill is produced
