You need to contact O2 payment management. You can use Skype to call.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Maddie3 Call 0800 032 1402 from any phone
Use Skype to call: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823
Edit: Does the message say they added 5G or 5GB?
If you're not in an area that has 5G enabled you don't need a 5G sim for now.
