I can’t make any calls it just says call failed
I can receive them ok and yes my bill is upto to date

It may also be a sim issue. If the network status is ok then pop into an O2 store and get a new one...or you can order one online

@m2b If it's a mast issue, and O2 are aware of it, there's nothing you can do until the repair is made. This is a customer forum and nothing can be done from here.
