Recently renewed a new plan.  Because I am also Virgin Media customer, I got double data.  Thanks for that.  However, the O2 App does not show double data.  It is really confusing!

It will show when you come toward the end of your initial data allowance.

The double data should show automatically after 14 days

Your bolt ons should Chang as well, one Volt activates properly on the O2 side, @PM123 -
