Hi,

Ask for your pac code from o2 via 202 or Live Chat.

http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus

Give it to giffgaff within 30 days and your o2 account will terminate and you will then receive the final bill followed by a zero bill.

Thats if you want to keep your number.

If not ring o2 on 202 to give 30 days notice and the account will then end, and you will then get a final bill, followed by a zero bill.

With payg the account and sim will terminate after 6 months of not making a chargeable phone call.

What is wrong with the O2 service?

Giffgaff runs on the O2 network so most likely you'll get the same issues if they are coverage related......

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
