Hello! I placed an order/upgrade for a new iPad which was due to ready for collection today, unfortunately the order says processing and also in transit at the same time 🤣 has anyone else experienced this?

Quite a few people over the years, you will have to wait for it be delivered in store if they didn't have stock, the only people who can help are the sales team on 0800 081 0255

Hi, how long were you waiting for your device in the end? I've just ordered a new phone online on Saturday as an upgrade to collect in store and mine is also showing processing and in transit...
