Click and collect delivery status

Hello all,my click and collect order says it's 'completed' under the my orders section of my O2, but I'm yet to recieve a confirmation email/text. Does this mean that it's arrived in the store?

It would indicated that it has left the O2 warehouse but not necessarily arrived at it's destination yet.

Completed usually means that it has left  the warehouse and it is on it's way to the store.

It hasn't arrived at the depot yet, I ordered it thursday and according to my email it should be here by today. I just want to play with my new galacy note 4
