Claim old PAYG Rewards after switching to Pay Monthly

I've recently switched to pay monthly.  I have a reminder about old PAYG rewards that I am trying to claim, but I can't find a way to do so now that I've switched my tariff.

If your number was moved from PAYG to Pay Monthly, it should be possible.

Contact O2 and they will apply your old PAYG rewards as a credit to your contract.
