I called a number but hung up before it answered. I have been charged for an 8 minute call even though it showed up on my daughter's phone as a missed call 9 minutes after I tried to contact her. How is that possible? I'm new to O2 and therefore not tied in to a contract with them as I bought a Pay as you Go card to try out the service. I'm not impressed so far and I can't find a way to contact customer service without paying out even more money for a direct call.
