Up to £350 credit can be transferred to your contract account as long as you transfer your number too.

You can use this form to keep your number and your credit will transfer too https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=port_migrate&case=Port/Migrate%20In%20Form

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous You just ask customer services to transfer it to your new account. I did this when I moved from PAYG to contract...http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

It's all done automatically,  credit will appear as a minus on your first bill.
