Changing tariff

Hi
I'm wanting to change tariff, but the commencement date is saying 22nd November 2033. I also noticed this date is on the top up by section on the My account page. I don't want to change tariff without knowing why the date is in 2033 is this just an error???
Many thanks

Hi

It's a glitch seen before.

Ring O2 on 202 to resolve this.

Yes, just an error, there have been a few reporting this issue.

Hi bandofbrothers thanks for your advice, only trouble is I'm doing this via an orange phone as I'm trying to sort this for my better half. So not sure if that would work 😞

I've been a customer of O2 for many years, however paying £16 for sim only, 600 minutes and low data, I was considering switching to Virgin Media as they had £15 with unlimited everything yet, I accepted to stay with O2 due to the offer of a new tariff which was meant to be automatically rendered onto my phone more than 24 hours ago. How can I have my new tariff installed immediately?
