I want to change my monthly tariff to one I can see on the store, however when I go to My O2 I can only switch to far worse deals. How can I change this.

Hi @Trent10182

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

@Trent10182

You can only get the current deals if you upgrade (subject to your eligibility).

Follow the upgrade path in your MyO2, not the tariff change.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Trent10182 hope you're having a nice Christmas week! It's been a few days since you asked about changing tariff so I just wanted to check in to see how you're getting on with this. Any help from the advice above from @Cleoriff and @MI5 ? slight_smile
