Changing payment details

I currently have 2 SIM cards coming out of my bank account. If I go onto my o2 app there is an option to change payment details, does this allow you to change the banking details for each phone number individually or does it just change both?

You can manage each contract separately.
If the app won't allow it, call customer services on 202 @Lou1

Ok I’ll give the app a go. Tried changing payment details for one of the numbers using customer services last year and got the run around. Thank you

There should not be any problems changing with customer services at all. If you have any issues, let us know and we can get our community managers to help you.

Tried to change payment details but won’t let me change just one number, it just changes the direct debit account for both SIM cards.

@Lou1you will have to phone customer services as advised above.

I thought that might happen in the app if the accounts are combined, hence the suggestion to call on 202.

Had live chat with o2 guru who said I can call into one of their stores and do it face to face to get it changed. Thanks for your help
