Changing payment details and security question

Hi 

 

Can someone please tell me how I cognate the payment details on my pay monthly account.  Also, the security question I set when I bought the phone doesn't t work .. how can I get this reset ?  Thank you

You can set a new security question in your details in your MyO2.

If you can't change the payment details it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
