Changing names

My phone contract is still in my moms name, my credit score is better now so I want it in mine is there anyway to do this? Or do I have to just get a new contract entirely?.

Hi @Shauna3 

You can't change the account holders name. If the account is in your mums name then it will have to be cancelled for you to take out a new one in your name.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

You must apply for your own contract and pass the credit checks.

It might be better to let this contract run it's course (dependent on how much time is left?)
