Solved: Adding an apple watch to my account

I currently have a Samsung galaxy s20 ultra on contract, I would like to add an apple watch to my account and gift it to my girlfriend, i cant figure out how to do this if im even able to

You should just be able to buy it in store or online but not sure how it will work with the data side as usually gets linked to an iPhone on your account.

If you can go into a store that may be the best option

You'll need to enter a valid iPhone number so they can link it to a usable account.

There wasn't an option to link a number, it just asked me if I have an o2 account, so I click yes then it tells me my phone doesn't support it then asks me to buy an iphone, my girlfriend has an iphone on o2, thanks for your fast replies

It will need to be ordered on her account or buy one outright from Apple etc
