I've been on a PAYM deal for 8GB usage and a handset which expired this month.


With the call centre waiting times I'm looking online at how to change but would appreciate someone putting my mind at rest before I go ahead.

 

If I choose to 'upgrade' to a new SIMO deal, given my handset is now paid off, can I just order this and will the new upgraded data allowance automatically apply to my existing SIM, or will I need to be sent a new SIM and use that instead?

 

If it is the latter, I'd want to keep my number and if anyone could point me to a help URL or offer some simple instruction to the process that would be great.

You will keep the same sim.

Your new tariff will start almost immeditely you upgrade.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
