Customer service don't know how to change card details. I have chatted with them online and by phone. Nobody at O2 has a clue about how to change card details. It seems to be something O2 has not considered. I will just have to change provider when my balance reaches zero.

The mobile view of MyO2, with the little pegman thing, never seems to work for me as I expect - I always end up going to "Request Desktop site" on my phone (Chrome on Android Nougat) - fiddly, but at least everything works as it should, and it looks like the lower pic above.

Use the full link and everything is normal size and you also see the unread posts link so that's why I never use mobile view after I've read the first post. You need to open a post to actually see the full view link.

On my Note 4 I request Full View at bottom of page.....But so much better on PC....:smileytongue:
