@Mcripps Getting through to customer service is difficult, if not impossible at the moment, unless your issue is a priority, which this probably isn't. If the device is in stock, (which is doubtful anyway), and the order is in progress, you'll just have to wait until it arrives and then refuse delivery. Once it's returned and you're refunded you can reorder. If the device is out of stock and you are notified, you will hopefully be refunded and can order again then.
