How can I swap my sim when my old sim is not working?

My sim stopped working on Thursday for no reason. Nightmare getting to talk to someone, but eventually got through to a lovely lady in retentions who ordered me one. She told me online swap my sim is not working but to text to 20220. I asked her if I could text from the new sim as the old one is completely knackered and she said yes. Guess what? No you can't. I can't text from either sim so the he'll can I get my new one to work now? Do I have to ring through again? Thanks

Unfortunately you will have to call through to customer services to get the new sim activated.

Thanks for the reply but when I get through it just tells me you can’t answer my call right now and hangs up on me. If I can’t get this to work Monday (I understand that you are closed tomorrow for Easter) then I will ask for some sort of refund for the amount of time I’ve not been able to use the service I’m paying for. Thanks
