Having financial difficulties and struggling to manage money and pay bill on time. A change of billing date would mean I can pay on time.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Sorry to jump in on this post but having the same issue, need to change my payment date. 

 

Have tried ringing the number but the only option available is to report stolen phone, other options just cut you off!   No live chat and cant find an email address either - how are you supposed to find someone to talk to?!?

0800 587 4005. It's not payment management but if they aren't answering then use ANY number to get through and press ANY option.

Once you actually get to speak to an advisor, they will help with any issue.
