So I’ve had a phone bought for a family member for a good year now, I haven’t once seen it on my o2 accounts, nor is my account even an account unless I click something then I still try again and nope circles.

I’m in debt, lots, I want to pay it off and cancel any further services because I can’t even pay my bills it’s just getting Higher and higher but my 02 account doesn’t exist? How do I go about that considering their is no email services or other unless you need twenty thousand other questions answered. Plus, it’s not even on my ******ing account? How am I paying an account I can’t access. Fix thanks.

You need to cll O2. Numerous numbers in this guide
