I would like ti change my billing date as start new job and dont get paid till the 27th and everything i call it tell me to go to tge website yet tge website says to call 202 and all i want to do it change the date of my bill can someone help

To change your billing date you need to contact O2.

Only customer service can change the billing date

Keep trying and choose any option @Crysta

Then they are telling you lies. There is no way anyone can change their billing date online. It can only be agreed and actioned by O2.

I would try them again in the hope you get someone who knows what they are talking about!

But it will only let me call to make a thing about a fraud claim or a lost or stolen phone

Then choose either of those options. It's an urgent issue to you, so do anything to get through to anyone at O2.
