After signing into My 02, When I try to change my billing address the resultant address is a mash up of my old address and new. I have search for my new address by typing in the house name and post code. This gives me one resulting address. The resultant address is the same every time, Half of the new address with the second line always my old address. Phoning the operator is not an option since the wait time promised is over 30 minutes. How can I contact )2 to get this resolved?.
