Carrier update and now no service

Hi

 

I have an Iphone six and the phone just prompted myself, my wife and my daughter to update our carrier settings.

 

I did, as did my daughter and we noe both have "no service" instead of a signal. My wife said "Not Now" and she has full 3G signal.

 

Me and my daughter are on version 19.1 My wife 19.0.

 

Can anyone help?

Update.  My signal is back on but now no 3g!  Come on O2.   A proper fix please

Hopefully a final update.  Both me and my daughter are back on with both phone and 3g signal.  She can return to the world of facebook and instagram, I can return to my world of macrumours and pistonheads slight_smile

 

Thanks for the help to anyone who was involved.  Thanks for the company as well.
