im currently in Spain i cant receive any calls just says my phone is switched off which it isnt. Anybody else having problems?

Then you need to do a manual network search. See if that works.

Take the sim out and clean it, put it back in and reboot the phone....

 

If nothing works then you DO need to contact customer services and see if they can advise you further...

Try a manual search for a different network.
