I've just changed from voxi to o2 I was told it would change network automatically as I have used my puc code. My sim is still locked on vodaphone though and there is no help anywhere for this

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Me too. Been waiting 3 weeks now. No phone because they have lost both ported and temporary number.

If you get in touch with o2 customer service on 03448090202 and they should be able to tell you why your phone is not connecting to the o2 network.
