Cant afford plan, maybe a monthly payment plan?

Smiley IndifferentHi Moneys recently got tight for me I currently have a iphone 5s on a refresh contract,device plan is £25 a month and air time is £28

I just paid August bill

But septembers is gong to be a struggle for me .

 

I dont want my phone to be blocked on me is there any way of doing a payment plan each month just too settle this ?

if you call through to customers services you can ask to speak to the payment team, you will be putthrough to them and they wil help you and give you some options slight_smile hope this helps you buddy and let us know how you get on

If its going to be an ongoing struggle then consider ceasing your contract.

 

The beauty of the refresh tariff is that you can pay off the phone part and it all ends.

You didnt say how far into your 24 month term you are in.

 

But the trade in value sometimes covers most of the remaining term. (Iphone 5s valued at up to £260)

Hi only just seen all your replies thanks so much for replying and helping me I will contact them later to discuss slight_smile fingers crossed all goes well for me I'm only on month 4 and it's a 64gig iPhone 5s not sure on trade in value? Thanks guys will keep you posted
