my nokia lumia 635 has never allowed me to send texts, why is this?

Hi @Anonymous How long have you had this problem with the Nokia? What phone did you have before this one?

Settings are different for PAYG and Contract phones...and iPhones

It does sound to be a sim card problem, possibly wrong platform?
