Cannot make or Receive calls!

Very frustrated right now. I cannot make or receive calls! I cannot call 02 either and the chat options are not available. 02 indicate no service issues in my area. What now?

It is not a network fault. It wont ring through. It says call ended to every call wherever I try to make the call

If you're experiencing issues making and receiving calls, try switching your device off and on again which may help your service return to normal. Data and text messages are not impacted. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I am experiencing the same issue, I have rest the phone countless times, reset network setting, definately not a network issue as my fiance's phone is working fine. I have no way of knowing who has tried to get a hold of me today! Also this community being the only way of contacting 02 is a complete disgrace!

You will be on a different billing platform than your fiance
This doesn't affect all customers
