Due to poor customer service, I am thinking about cancelling my contract with o2, currently I am waiting on a device that’s still processing, I want to get the device from a different provider, as they have the stock, so once I get the device I am waiting on from o2, can I take it to my local store and return it as long as it’s within the 14 day cool off period??

@Rossp

If you ordered through a store, yes.

If not, you need to return it via the channel you received it.

Thank you, and if I return the device I am waiting on will I still be able to cancel my whole contract without incurring any charges as I am in a cooling off period

Ah okay, just hope I will be able to cancel the whole contract as I haven't been able to find anywhere that it tells me otherwise

Do I need to wait for my new phone to be returned to O2 before I use my PAC code or can I use it now and get my number ported over
