My pay monthly contract finished last month, and I'd like to move to another network. How do I go about this? I was last billed on 3rd August, so I'm now into the next month. I'm guessing I'll have to pay for the remainder of this month (won't I?). Should I just phone up O2 and tell them I want to stop renewing the plan in future?

Just call o2 on 202 and give your 30 days notice.

You will need to pay a further month.

If your leaving for another network and want to move your number across make sure you ask O2 for the PAC Code so you can give your new network if you want to keep the same number.
