Cancelling My Contract

Hey Everyone!

I have been offered a free upgrade due to carphone warehouse deal being cancelled 12 months before im due an upgrade and it also says i have nothing left to pay.

Does this mean i can also cancel my contract completed free of charge?

@Bruno0227 Probably not unless you took the upgrade. You'd have to get clarification from customer service, which is difficult at this point in time. Best time to try to get through is 8 am.

If your previous contract is with O2 and you choose to UPGRADE with O2 then the new tariff will take place immediately and cancel out your old contract.

No you can't cancel free of charge, only upgrade to a refresh contract.
