I anticipate a similar experience after being on the phone for over 1 hour and not getting a satisfactory response. O2 have promised to credit my phone account and to call me back within 24 hours to arrange transfer to my bank account. Because of the prior discussion I am not confident that O2 will actually do either...hence I am asking if your issue was resolved by them paying £260 into your bank account?

I am happy to confirm that all the funds I was expecting to be repaid...now have been. Credited to my account today as promised. Many (many) thanks to Marjo for the invaluable help provided, this would not have been possible otherise. Not only that but I can see that no further payments have been taken for this phone this month (I will ensure this continues).
