I cancelled my contract 35 days ago and have just had my bill through.
I’ve noticed it says next bill due on 5th March, but I thought this one I’ve just received today should have been my last?
should I have had confirmation that my contract is cancelled? I had a text with the PAC code

It's not cancelled until you use the pac.

Thank you. I tried using the pac and it said number transfer can take up to 24 hours. It’s now been 3 days and the number hasn’t transferred over. The pac code has now expired. Any ideas what I need to do now?
