My bill is going up in April I am writing to let you know that I do not wish to continue with this contract.  I would appreciate it if you could arrange as from April I do not not want to renew the contract.  Please let me know what happens next.

You need to cancel it yourself. (This is a community forum made up of members like yourself)

All info on cancellation is here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Best of luck and welcome to the forum 👍

Edited to add, the reason the contract price is going up is due to the Retail Price Index (RPI) It's the same on every network. https://www.o2.co.uk/prices
