I’ve refreshed my phone on an early upgrade and I am using the 14 day cancellation policy as I’m not happy with the phone. I only got the phone 4 days ago.

I have just filled out an online cancellation form and sent it off with the phone via the post office.

Anyone had any experience with this and how long it takes from now for the cancellation to go through? Just wondering how long as I’ll want to change my phone when it’s gone through.

Check the tracking details online to see when it's delivered to O2, then call customer service to chase them to scan it in. If you don't chase then, it can take 2 weeks before they get round to it.

Once it's scanned in, you can request the exchange.
