Canceling a contract

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, my contract is due to run out 30/6/2016 due to finding a much better deal, I will unfortunately be leaving o2. Due to not canceling the contract 30 days prior will I still be charged next months £28? Or will the contract cease to continue?

@Anonymous Yes you will be charged for whatever remains on your bill so leave any direct debits in place till your bill shows 0.00 balance

Yes you will be charged the notice period.
It's your choice to stay with o2 and use the allowances for the notice period or port your number away immediately to your new supplier but either way you will have to pay it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
