I have been given an 02 sim card thru' a Virgin deal that I do not want or need. I would like to cancel this sim card & close the account but after 3 hours on the phone & being passed to various call operators my call was cancelled without the matter being resolved. The call handler that shut down my call was a guy called Salim, I asked him to please help & not to pass me on to another department or operator, he did apologise & say he would pass me over to the correct department but what he did was end the call. This is not good service. Bet if I wanted to but more time or upgrade, the call would not be ended.

If the SIM card was part of a Virgin Volt Broadband deal, you may need to renegotiate your contact with them as the broadband price is dependent on you having the SIM
