I need to end the 24 months contract and keep the same mobile number changing from a pay monthly to pay as you go one.
I'm not in UK in this moment but my sim is still there.
I already spoke with someone in your customer service and I know I have to pay a fee for ending the contract beforehand.
Please let me know how can I do to do that in the quickest way.

You really should speak to someone rather than try to do this via Live Chat.
