Hi
I need to cancel my contract as I have no signal in the house or village where I live, despite the website saying there's good signal on my postcode.
I've tried changing to 3&4G but still no signal and my phone works in other locations.
Does anyone know how I can cancel my contract without phoning up? I can't do this due to lack of signal.
My contact also only started in May so I imagine I'll have to pay to leave which isn't very fair.
Any advice will be much appreciated

@Megasaur

If you plan to take your number just request your PAC and leave Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

This will cancel your contract and yes, you'll have to pay as you had 14 days to cancel at the start if the signal was no good.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
